You asked. We listened. You wanted a single pretreatment to cover most all of your printing needs - everything from White shirts with white ink to Black shirt capabilities. Well, PMC1 fits your needs.

IT'S AS SIMPLE AS BLACK & WHITE

The new Image Armor PMC1 DTG pretreatment is the newest updated white ink pretreatment solution from our labs. We've take our last 14 Years of experience in developing pretreatments and turned the industry upside down.

Previously there were major issues with all of the standard DTG pretreatments on white or light colored garments where the pretreated area would discolor when exposed to UV light - and discolor within minutes. Now, PMC1 resolves that issue completely. This made those pretreatments unusable on a wide variety of colors oexcept for very dark shirts (any exposure even to florescent lights over time would discolor.

And the pretreatments for LIGHTER colored garments didn't work extremely well on DARK colored garments.

PMC1 has changed the game - drastically. NO other pretreatment on the market can come CLOSE to what Image Armor has achieved with PMC1. Now DTG prints on a white shirt look like screen printing and the ease of using the same pretreatment for dark colored shirts fits the bill.

  • Typically less PT can be used to achieve same or better results (of other pretreatments)
  • Fewer issues with discoloration of problematic colors (Depending on mfg and manufacturing process - believe it or not shirt dyes DO make a difference)
  • Less or no ghosting of images on same or stacked shirts
  • Softer feel of pretreated area
  • Better wash durability of DTG prints when pretreatment and inks are properly cured.
Disclaimer - we do know some shirt manufacturers - even the "more expensive brands" don't use the highest quality of garment dyes and processes. This can impact your "boxing" or discoloration depending on time under heat and amount applied. This is something OUTSIDE of our control and is not reflective of Image Armor's PMC1. Always test prior to any production run.
