Ink maintenance in DTG and DTF printing is paramount to being successful. Failure to maintain your white ink prior to printing can result in poor prints, clogged print heads, and lots of frustration and wasted money.
The Viper SIDEWINDER is purposely built help keep your white ink managed and always ready to put into your printer. With cycle times of 10 or 30 minutes on/off (or with a 1 hour pause/idle setting) you can constantly keep your ink in suspension 24/7 - attendant free. And it does this by gently rolling the ink and not introducing air bubbles into the ink which is common with vigorous hand shaking to mix the inks.
Designed to roll single liter bottles, 10L or 20L cubes, or even GTX Ink Boxes, if we don't have a jig that will hold your container we can make it for you from a provided sample.
